I contacted Richard when I was at an all time low regarding my weight due to yo yo dieting and I just wanted to get some results that would actually stay with me. After being introduced to him by a friend I started a 12 week course and continued for another 12 weeks as I was progressing well. I have to say I feel very healthy and content with what I see in the mirror now. I now think about what I am going to eat and try to plan my meals so I don't get back into the rut I was in before. Everything Richard has taught me will stay with me. I don't think Richard knows what an impact he has had in my life over the last 6 months. I can honestly say he is now a friend too. If anyone is thinking about taking out one of his courses I can highly recommend him.
