Recipe Ideas: A Cheeky Quick-n-Easy Stir-Fry!

A quick and very simple dish to knock up when you are feeling lazy and just want to throw some nutritious food into a pan. Tasty as well!


1x Red onion 120 grams of baby tomatoes 1 garlic clove 250 grams of turkey mince (pork or lamb if you want to increase calories) 1 table spoon of mixed herbs 1 table spoon of tomato puree 1 tea spoon of olive oil Pepper to taste


Half an avocado A side serving of rice (if you want to include carbs to the meal)


  • Heat some olive oil over a medium heat and warm the pan up for a minute.

  • Whilst the pan is heating up, finely chop up the red onion, baby tomatoes and garlic clove, avocado and add to the pan.

  • Stir-fry the ingredients for 2 minutes.

  • Add the mince and cook for a further 2 minutes.

  • Add the tomato puree, mixed herbs and cook until meat is cooked through.

  • Add pepper to taste. Serve with rice if you want to add a portion of carbs.
